Products
All prints are original works of art, handcrafted in the darkroom using the Gelatin Silver Print technique. Each print is unique, numbered, signed, and dated by the artist, and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA).
Orders and payment
Orders are placed through the website. Payment is made in advance via PayPal. An order is considered confirmed upon successful payment.
Production and delivery
Each print undergoes a mandatory legal procedure confirming it is not a protected cultural artifact, which takes approximately 10 business days. Once approved, the package is shipped and the buyer receives a tracking number.
Delivery is available to Serbia and Europe. For other destinations, please contact us before placing an order.
Packaging
Prints are shipped flat in cardboard packaging with mat board and protective backing. Framed prints are shipped in separate protective packaging.
Returns and complaints
Due to the nature of original artworks, returns are not accepted unless the item is damaged in transit. In the event of damage, the buyer must:
- Photograph the damage before opening the package
- Contact us within 48 hours at [email protected]
If the complaint is valid, we will send a replacement print or issue a full refund.
Intellectual property
By purchasing a print, you acquire the right to display and personally enjoy the work. Reproduction, commercial use, or publication of the image without the author’s written permission is not permitted.
Limited editions
Each print in a limited series is numbered. The artist reserves the right to produce the remaining copies in the series up to the maximum number stated on the certificate.
