1. ORDERING VIA THE WEBSITE – ONLINE ORDERING (Recommended)

 

Due to the strictly limited nature of the series and the need for precise edition tracking (COA), ordering exclusively through the website is highly recommended and the most secure method.

 

A. Selecting Your Print and Options

 

Find the photograph that resonates with you emotionally—be it macro flowers, meditative landscapes, or abstract gears. Before adding the item to your cart, please review the following options:

  • Edition Status: Please check the numbering (e.g., 2/10 for limited editions, or 1/1 for unique prints).

  • Size and Framing: If the product offers variations, choose your preferred option:

    • Print Only (Ready for Framing): You receive the print without a frame, protected and ready for custom framing.

    • Framed (IKEA Frame): The print arrives framed and ready to hang. (Please check frame dimensions and details in the product description).

2. SHIPPING, PACKAGING, AND PAYMENT

 

As analogue prints crafted in limited series, your photographs require special handling during shipping.

 

A. Packaging and Certificate of Authenticity (COA)

 

  • Preparation: Every print is manually inspected, signed, and numbered before shipping.

  • COA: Each limited or unique print is shipped with a signed Certificate of Authenticity (COA) guaranteeing its originality and status.

  • Protection: Prints are packed in highly protective, rigid packaging (unframed prints are sent in protective tubes or sturdy cardboard flat packs) to ensure they arrive undamaged.

 

B. Delivery and Timeframes

 

  • Domestic Shipping (Serbia): Orders are sent via Post Express. Delivery is typically 2-3 business days from the order date (not including time required for manual print preparation and signing).

  • International Shipping: International delivery is carried out via registered mail or courier service (DHL, UPS) depending on the option chosen at checkout. The shipping cost is automatically calculated on the checkout page.

  • Tracking: Upon shipment, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

 

C. Payment

 

  • For Serbia: Payment is made upon delivery (cash), directly to the courier (Pouzećem).
